Problem: In Arena when simple simulation running error, “The Operating system is not presently configured to run this application”.

Solution : The error message displayed is due to the version of Office that is installed on the computer.  It is a Microsoft issue.

Upgrading the computer to Office 365, Office 2019 Consumer or 2021 Consumer version will correct this problem.

Please check Microsoft access is installed or not, if installed then try with repairing the access.
