License Error - Failed to send request - Security Alert.
Problem:
The following error is occurring when attempting to apply an update to a license.
"Security Alert
This page requires a secure connection which includes server authentication.
The Certificate Issuer for this site is untrusted or unknown. Do you wish to proceed?"
This certificate cannot be verified up to a trusted certification authority.
Failed to send request.
SOLUTION :
These error messages can arise due to a corporate firewall issuing a certificate that is not fully trusted, for example, the expiry date on the certificate may have expired. Please check with your IT department regarding the firewall settings to resolve this issue.
