      Opcenter APS 'Activate License' Dialog Keeps Showing.

      Note: Old name of the software was Preactor and new name is Opcenter APS.

      DETAILS :

      Opcenter APS will not launch and keeps showing the 'Activate License' dialog.  When right-clicking on the title bar of the dialog, and choosing 'Advanced Details' the details are showing that the license checks out successfully, but it details Maintenance has expired.  All licenses, however, have already been updated and contain a valid maintenance date for the version of Opcenter APS being used.

      SOLUTION :

      Sometimes the licenses are not re-read automatically after a license has been updated with a newer maintenance date and therefore the previous maintenance date is what is used. To force the newer maintenance date to be used, stop the Opcenter APS License Manager service and then start it again. Test launching Opcenter APS and it should now launch without issue.
