License Advanced Details Shows BROKEN HOST.
Problem:
License is not working and it is not possible to return the license due to being marked as **BROKEN**HOST in the 'Advanced Details' of the License Utility.
To see the state of a local license, launch the local 'License Utility' and right-click on the title bar of the dialog and choose 'Advanced Details'.
To see the state of a network license, launch the 'Network License Utility' and right-click on the title bar of the dialog and choose 'Advanced Details'.

Solution :
In Opcenter APS or Preactor Version 17.0 and above, it is now possible to resolve the broken host error by using the 'Repair an existing license' option in either the local License Utility or the Network License Utility (depending on what license type). This will only work if the latest license information has been activated, and no changes have been made to the IP address of the machine.
If the 'Repair an existing license' option doesn't work, request further assistance from the Opcenter APS Support Team. Please provide your license number and a copy of the contents of the Advanced Details.
